Simone graduated with distinction from the Juris Doctor program at RMIT in 2018 and successfully completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with Leo Cussen in 2019. Simone was admitted to practice in September 2019. Prior to completing her legal studies, Simone completed a Bachelor of Business with majors in Marketing and Psychology, assisting her to develop a strong business acumen.
Simone practices predominately in estate planning and administration. Prior to joining Tucker Partners, Simone worked in a law firm assisting clients with a range of estate, commercial, family law and litigation matters.
Simone’s primary area of practice is in the wills and estates team. She regularly advises in relation to and prepares:

She also assists on commercial and property matters with experience in commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, trust structures, real estate leases and contracts of sale.
