Romy was admitted to practice in 2016 after completing a Juris Doctor from Monash University.
Romy first joined the Tucker Partners’ team in 2022 as a Senior Lawyer, first in the property law team and from 2025 in the wills and estates team.
Prior to joining Tucker Partners, Romy worked as a generalist lawyer in property, commercial, trusts and wills and estate matters. Prior to admission as a lawyer, Romy worked for several years in legal support roles at specialist family law firms.
Romy provides advice and acts in succession law and elder law matters. With a strong background in property law, Romy is well placed to provide advice about property and duty issues that arise in estate and trust matters.
