Melissa joined the Tucker Partners team (then Lachlan Partners Legal) in May 2011, before graduating with distinction from the Juris Doctor program with RMIT in 2015. Melissa was admitted to practice in February 2016.

Primarily practicing in the commercial and business context, Melissa regularly advises in relation to commercial contracts, finance and security documents, shareholder and joint venture agreements, and corporate structure and governance issues. Melissa’s experience includes drafting and negotiating terms for a broad range of commercial agreements and transactions.
Melissa represents clients in commercial litigation in both State and Federal jurisdictions, including matters involving shareholder disputes, insolvency, preference payment claims, and debt collection.
In the employment law context, Melissa’s experience includes preparation of employment contracts, acting for both employers and employees in workplace disputes and litigation, and advising in relation to bullying and harassment, termination of employment, and restraint of trade issues.
