Jack was admitted to practice in the High Court of New Zealand in 2020 and gained experience at a well-regarded mid-tier firm in Auckland. Jack made the move to Australia and was admitted to practice in Victoria in December 2024. Prior to completing his legal studies, Jack completed a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Economics, assisting him in developing his strong business acumen.

Jack has gained considerable experience in the areas of Property and Commercial law, assisting clients on a range of transactional and contentious matters. Jack has a keen eye for detail, ensuring his drafting reflects and achieves the commercial outcomes sought by his clients.

Jack’s primary practice is in the commercial and business context. He regularly advises in relation to and prepares:

  • commercial contracts

  • corporate structuring

  • shareholder and joint venture agreements

  • contracts of sale

  • commercial leases

  • finance and security documents

Also being experienced in property, finance and trust law, Jack is well versed in advising clients on trust structuring and advisory, construction contracts, intellectual property and the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties.
