Having worked as a legal secretary and law clerk at Tucker Partners (then known as Collins House Legal and Tuckers Lawyers) since December 2001, Carly returned to study part time in 2004 and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2008. Carly became qualified as a lawyer in early 2009 after completing her Articles of Clerkship in 2008.
Carly has developed her skills as a Lawyer working in the property department and has strong technical skills and experience in leasing, business transactions and finance arrangements.
Carly’s legal practice is predominantly in the area of property leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, documentation preparation and review, and tenancy disputes. She has an extensive and thorough knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003 (Vic) and leasing law and applies this knowledge to protect her client’s and advance their interests.
