Angela leads our Litigation and Employment Law teams and takes a practical, solutions-driven approach to resolving disputes, managing workplace issues, and advising on a wide range of commercial matters. She works closely with clients to understand their priorities and delivers clear, strategic advice focused on achieving outcomes tailored to meet their commercial objectives.
With extensive experience across a broad range of commercial and workplace disputes, Angela advises and represents clients through all stages of litigation and dispute resolution. She appears in State and Federal jurisdictions and is committed to identifying risks early, exploring resolution pathways, and protecting clients’ interests throughout the process.
Angela has expertise in employment law and workplace relations, acting for both employers and employees across a range of matters, including termination of employment, general protections claims, workplace disputes, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and post-employment restraints. Her work also includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies and compliance strategies, to help clients manage legal and reputational risk.
In addition, Angela advises clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing service and trade agreements, transport and logistics contracts, sports management contracts and sponsorship deals, independent contractor agreements, and facilities and service contracts (particularly in the medical and allied health sectors). She also assists with confidentiality arrangements, protection and licensing of intellectual property rights, influencer and brand partnership agreements, manufacturing and distribution contracts, and trade mark registration.
