Angela was admitted to practice in 2002, after completing her Articles with Chris Tucker at Tucker Partners (then known as Tuckers Lawyers). Having represented individuals and corporations in a broad range of commercial and industrial disputes, Angela has developed strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills and is experienced in litigation in State and Federal jurisdictions.
Angela’s workplace relations experience includes acting for both employers and employees in workplace disputes, preparing terms and conditions of employment and advising clients in relation to termination of employment, discrimination and harassment.
Angela also has a focus on intellectual property and acts for clients in relation to the protection and registration of intellectual property. She has also advised a wide range of clients (including researchers, designers and manufacturers) in relation to licensing of intellectual property and other agreements, as well as intellectual property disputes.
