Tim was admitted to practise law in November 2006 and obtained a Master of Laws (Commercial Law) from Monash University in 2013.
Tim is experienced in litigation and commercial law matters and advices. More recently, Tim has been involved in the following matters, which are indicative of the matters in which he regularly advises and acts:
successfully prosecuting a claim (on behalf of multiple applicants) against a builder for defective building works relating to the builder’s failure to properly carry out water proofing and membrane works;
successfully defending contempt charges brought against a land owner by a prosecuting authority;
successfully prosecuting a complex professional negligence claim against a Relevant Building Surveyor; and
advising in connection with AS standard form contracts.
