Kevin Finn B.Com., LL.B.,LL.M (Applied Law)
Kevin graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce. After completing his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law, Kevin was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2008.
Kevin has also completed a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) with Kaplan Professional and a Masters of Law (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates with the College of Law. He was awarded a prize for the best graduating student in the Wills & Estates program in his cohort.
Kevin has developed extensive knowledge in Wills and Estates through working for regionally based law firms as well as two trustee companies.
In 2016 Kevin gained Accredited Specialisation in Wills and Estates with the Law Institute of Victoria.
Kevin has dealt with a wide variety of estate planning issues including dealing with trust assets and self-managed superannuation funds and tailoring solutions to provide an optimal outcome for both the client and their beneficiaries.
Kevin also has experience in estate administration and dealing with issues including informal wills, creditor’s claims on estates, contested estates, issues concerning the interpretation of wills and dealing with taxation issues.
